Description

  • Lead end-to-end, high-impact research studies using appropriate qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Conduct foundational research for complex product and design initiatives across mobile, web, omnichannel, and emerging AI experiences.
  • Analyze usability tests, interviews, participatory design sessions, heuristic evaluations, and behavioral data.
  • Translate findings into actionable insights and specific design recommendations.
  • Communicate research through clear storytelling to developers, designers, executives, and other partners.
  • Use approved AI tools for study setup, analysis, synthesis, desk research, survey drafting, and reporting while maintaining research rigor and accountability.
  • Evaluate AI experiences for usability, trust, transparency, behavioral alignment, bias, and model limitations.
  • Maintain accessible, searchable research repositories and connect insights to product, design, and engineering workflows.
  • Act as a thought partner in discovery, strategy, and problem framing while navigating ambiguity across workstreams.
  • Mentor researchers and designers, evaluate emerging methods, and contribute to internal thought leadership, case studies, and learning materials.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in UX research, product research, or a related field.
  • Portfolio demonstrating digital product research across mobile and/or omnichannel experiences.
  • Experience leading complex research initiatives that influence product, design, and cross-functional strategy.
  • Practical experience with research tools, AI-enabled workflows, or emerging research methods.
  • Ability to conduct and synthesize qualitative research alongside quantitative and behavioral data.
  • Experience researching agentic, conversational, personalized, or other AI-driven experiences is relevant to the role.
  • Knowledge of responsible research practices, including participant privacy, PII handling, disclosure, bias awareness, and human validation of AI outputs.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, mentoring, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
  • Interest in client service, innovation, teamwork, initiative, and continuous improvement.
