Description

  • Design and execute account-based marketing campaigns targeting North American mid-market companies.
  • Set up, scale, and optimize cold email infrastructure, LinkedIn sequencing, and data enrichment tools.
  • Collaborate with technical delivery teams and project managers to turn success stories into case studies, white papers, and narrative-driven pitches.
  • Guide the internal technical digital marketer on creating high-intent vertical landing pages that convert executive traffic into discovery calls.
  • Own sales qualified leads, pipeline velocity, and total closed-won pipeline value.
  • Develop hyper-personalized outreach copy that stands out in crowded inboxes.
  • Map macro-level growth strategy and translate it into day-to-day campaign execution.
  • Audit funnel performance and optimize campaigns based on metrics.
  • Work directly with strategy, PMs, and the CEO to shape growth direction.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, specifically with custom software development agencies or high-end IT consulting firms.
  • Proven success building campaigns that contributed to closing high-value enterprise service retainers in the six- or seven-figure range.
  • Strong copywriting ability for sophisticated, persuasive outbound messaging.
  • Ability to work independently without a large team and take ownership across strategy, execution, and analysis.
  • Experience building and managing ABM, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach programs (preferred).
  • Familiarity with data enrichment tools and funnel analytics (preferred).
  • Experience translating technical work into marketing assets such as case studies, white papers, and pitches (preferred).
