Description

  • Document and improve internal workflows and cross-team handoffs.
  • Track action items, SLAs, deadlines, timelines, and deliverables for partner initiatives.
  • Coordinate recurring processes such as event preparation, internal enablement, and reporting.
  • Collect updates, metrics, and reports from internal stakeholders.
  • Organize inputs into clear summaries and partner-ready reports.
  • Maintain accurate records in Anthropic, Amazon Partner Network, and Google Drive systems.
  • Draft internal briefs, updates, meeting recaps, and follow-ups.
  • Support weekly syncs and translate internal information into external communications.
  • Help operationalize marketing pilots and Anthropic- or AWS-funded initiatives.
  • Identify off-track work and proactively coordinate resolutions.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable reaching out to stakeholders.
  • Early-career candidate eager to learn and work independently while communicating regularly.
  • Active use of AI tools, preferably Claude.
  • Enjoys structure, documentation, and creating clarity from complex information.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, and collaboration tools.
  • Experience with CRMs or project-tracking systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.
  • Interest in technology, cloud, marketing, partnerships, or enterprise AI is preferred.
