Description

  • Create machine learning models from scratch or improve existing models.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams on production ML solutions.
  • Develop and own the experimentation roadmap.
  • Set up a reproducible experimentation environment and maintain experimentation pipelines.
  • Monitor and maintain ML models in production to ensure stable performance.
  • Write clear documentation for models, processes, and pipelines.
  • Stay current with developments in machine learning and AI and propose new solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with LLMs in production, RAG architecture, and agentic systems.
  • AWS Bedrock experience is strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable with standard machine learning algorithms and the underlying math.
  • Practical experience with classification and regression tasks, including feature engineering.
  • Practical experience with machine learning models in production.
  • Experience with one or more of the following use cases: NLP, LLMs, or recommendation engines.
  • Solid software engineering skills and the ability to produce well-structured modules, not only notebook scripts.
  • Strong Python expertise and experience with Docker.
  • Strong upper-intermediate English level.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Practical experience with cloud platforms, especially the AWS stack such as Amazon SageMaker, ECR, EMR, S3, and AWS Lambda, is a plus.
  • Practical experience with deep learning models is a plus.
  • Experience with taxonomies or ontologies is a plus.
  • Practical experience with machine learning pipelines for complex workflow orchestration is a plus.
  • Practical experience with Spark/Dask and Great Expectations is a plus.
