Description

  • Run discovery calls to understand customer goals, constraints, existing systems, pain points, and success metrics.
  • Partner with Sales to identify top customer problems and keep product and engineering aligned.
  • Design solution architecture, including trade-offs, assumptions, risks, and delivery implications.
  • Validate estimates with engineering and surface delivery risks early.
  • Build proposals covering approach, scope, milestones, pricing, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead technical sections of negotiations and help close deals.
  • Answer technical objections, run demos, and provide clarifications during sales.
  • Ensure a shared written understanding of scope and interfaces between parties.
  • Track protocols, tooling, competitors, and broader market developments to inform recommendations.
  • Produce handover documentation such as architecture notes, APIs, and non-functional requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Daily user of on-chain tools with hands-on experience across wallets, DeFi, and governance.
  • Active participation in Discord, X, GitHub, and industry events.
  • Track record of shipping or maintaining open-source infrastructure and working publicly with community feedback.
  • Deep knowledge of L1/L2 ecosystems such as Ethereum, Polkadot, Cardano, or similar.
  • Experience with node/RPC infrastructure, indexing, authentication, and standards.
  • Experience designing, reviewing, and deploying smart contracts, with understanding of dApp architectures and CI/CD for Web3.
  • Solid understanding of crypto primitives, key management, multisig, custodial and non-custodial wallets, and secure coding patterns.
  • Full-stack literacy across modern back-end and front-end frameworks, with the ability to read code and discuss implementation trade-offs.
  • Practical experience running SCRUM/Agile in product teams and translating requirements into backlog items, stories, and milestones.
  • Ability to explain complex Web3 concepts to non-technical stakeholders and write clear specs, proposals, and risk notes.
