Description

  • Own monthly and quarterly marketing performance reporting for leadership and regional teams, delivering clear “what / so-what / now-what” narratives.
  • Deliver consistent KPI reporting across global regions and key segments with transparent definitions and documented limitations.
  • Analyze campaign, channel, and funnel performance (paid, social, email, webinars/events, SEO), including conversion trends and ROI signals, and surface optimization opportunities.
  • Identify gaps and inconsistencies in attribution and tracking, recommend practical improvements, and partner with campaign managers and Marketing Ops to define tracking requirements.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and validate data quality across HubSpot and GA4 (including UTMs, events, and conversion tracking) and escalate CRM/ops issues that impact reporting trust.
  • Build and maintain self-serve dashboards and repeatable reporting in Power BI, HubSpot, and related tools, and document KPI definitions and dashboard logic.
  • Manage and monitor marketing data connectors and feeds (e.g., Funnel.io, HubSpot API) in collaboration with ICT and document requirements for longer-term connector strategies (e.g., MuleSoft).
  • Maintain and validate key GA4/GTM events and conversions in partnership with Marketing Ops/ICT and flag data pipeline issues early.
  • Train and enable regional marketers on dashboard interpretation and reinforce consistent measurement and tagging practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of direct marketing analytics experience.
  • Experience building executive-level dashboards (Power BI preferred) including DAX and data modeling.
  • Proficient with HubSpot reporting and dashboards, including segmentation, campaigns, lead scoring, and attribution views.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying and joining data from multiple systems for validation and analysis.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and maintaining event/conversion tracking.
  • Familiarity with APIs and data connectors such as Funnel.io and HubSpot API; exposure or planned migration to MuleSoft is a plus.
  • Strong Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation) and PowerPoint skills for executive presentations and data storytelling.
  • Experience reconciling multi-system data (HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4) and supporting global/regional teams across multiple markets and currencies.
  • Comfortable cross-functional collaboration with Marketing Ops, Performance Marketing, ICT/Data, Sales Ops, and Finance; able to frame insights for executives and regional teams.
