Description

  • Coordinate events and webinars across speakers, vendors, registrations, materials, promotion, logistics, and lead capture.
  • Ensure event follow-up, including timely handoff of interested prospects to Sales.
  • Translate the EMEA marketing plan into regional campaigns and activities that support Sales.
  • Collaborate with Sales and global marketing teams to address requests, remove blockers, and incorporate market feedback.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, campaigns, projects, and deliverables.
  • Use marketing tools and reporting to track sign-ups, form fills, MQLs, and event performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and generate more sales opportunities across EMEA.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a similar support role.
  • Based in Germany or the Netherlands.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including collaboration across time zones with a remote manager.
  • Proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to identify blockers and keep work moving independently.
  • Interest in cross-functional collaboration with Sales and global marketing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or coursework in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS, construction, mining, or other industrial or field environments preferred.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in marketing preferred.
