Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of solutions engineers.
  • Serve as a player-coach in strategic customer engagements, technical discovery, product demos, architectural discussions, and proof of concepts.
  • Partner with sales leadership and account executives to advance enterprise deals from qualification through technical validation and solution alignment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on fraud prevention, identity verification, digital trust, and transaction security workflows.
  • Translate customer pain points and business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Proof’s platform.
  • Define and improve pre-sales best practices, demo strategy, technical enablement, and operational processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success to influence roadmap priorities and improve customer outcomes.
  • Support expansion into new verticals, use cases, and strategic partnerships.
  • Represent Proof in customer meetings, executive presentations, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or another customer-facing technical role within enterprise SaaS, fintech, or payments environments.
  • Experience leading or mentoring solutions engineers in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong technical fluency in fraud prevention, identity verification, fintech infrastructure, payments, APIs, authentication, and digital trust.
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise sales motions and complex technical buying cycles with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience working with banks, financial institutions, fintech companies, or highly regulated industries.
  • Strong consultative discovery skills with the ability to align technical solutions to customer business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on approach with a passion for technology, customer engagement, and technical problem solving.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
