Description

Analyze enterprise client requirements and design customized legal service solutions that drive adoption and revenue growth.
Project manage end-to-end delivery of custom solutions, from concept through execution and transition to client service teams.
Advise clients on technical integrations, including data integration, case management systems, APIs, and third-party legal technology.
Maintain expertise in civil procedure rules for service of process across jurisdictions and litigation types.
Collaborate with product and service teams to enhance legal services and technology offerings.
Partner with sales, client service, product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver client-specific solutions.
Ensure solutions align client expectations with internal operational capabilities and promote clear cross-functional communication.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
7 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Commercial Leader, or in a role involving project management for custom service solutions.
7 years of experience collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams to design and implement technical or service-based solutions.
7 years of experience with two-sided marketplace platforms, including solutions tailored to platform dynamics and user interactions.
7 years of experience analyzing complex client requirements and translating them into technical or service-oriented solutions.
7 years of experience project managing large, complex, multi-party customer implementations.
5 years of experience ensuring compliance in legal services or a similarly regulated industry.
5 years of experience with data integration, case management system implementation, API development, and third-party proprietary system integration.
Must reside in the United States.
Ability to travel up to 10% for on-site client meetings.

Benefits

Salary of $150,000–$175,000 per year.
100% remote work arrangement.
