Description

  • Design end-to-end solution architectures that integrate AI/GenAI capabilities with Salesforce or ServiceNow platforms.
  • Lead implementation of RAG pipelines, LLM-based workflows, and NLP-driven automation.
  • Architect scalable integrations using APIs, middleware, microservices, and event-driven systems.
  • Define and implement AI guardrails, governance, and responsible AI practices.
  • Work with MCP protocols, tool orchestration, and agent-based systems.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
  • Lead solution-design workshops, customer demos, and technical discovery sessions.
  • Ensure deployed solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and reliability requirements.

Requirements

  • 8–15+ years of experience in solution architecture or enterprise systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Field Service, or ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, or FSM.
  • Proven experience implementing AI/GenAI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, NLP, and semantic search.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms through APIs and microservices.
  • Understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP and distributed systems.
  • Experience with data pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with enterprise stakeholders.
