Description

  • Partner with enterprise clients to identify AI opportunities and translate business requirements into scalable GenAI and agentic AI solutions.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and solution-design discussions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Design end-to-end architectures for LLM integration, RAG, agent orchestration, data processing, APIs, and enterprise-system integrations.
  • Create solution blueprints, technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Build GenAI applications, AI agents, multi-agent systems, and tool-enabled workflows for complex business processes.
  • Develop Python services, API integrations, and reusable components supporting AI applications.
  • Integrate structured and unstructured enterprise data, including document extraction, OCR, image processing, retrieval, and summarization.
  • Establish AI evaluation, testing, observability, guardrail, and human-in-the-loop practices for production solutions.
  • Review partner solutions, architecture designs, and code for quality, scalability, security, and operational readiness.
  • Support production deployment, troubleshooting, performance and cost optimization, and ongoing operational improvements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, AI/ML engineering, or related technical roles.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing Generative AI applications and LLM-powered solutions.
  • Experience designing and building AI agents, agentic workflows, and multi-agent applications.
  • Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases or vector search, prompt engineering, and tool/function calling.
  • Experience processing unstructured enterprise content, including PDFs, documents, OCR outputs, and images.
  • Strong Python development skills, including API development, integrations, debugging, and software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent AI-agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Databricks AI Functions, AI Search/Vector Search, Model Serving, and MLflow.
  • Experience with AI evaluation, hallucination testing, guardrails, human-in-the-loop patterns, and AI observability.
  • Experience deploying scalable, secure, monitored, and cost-efficient AI applications to production, with strong client communication skills.
