Description

  • Build and ship backend features end to end, from API development through database and integration work.
  • Implement and improve FastAPI endpoints, background jobs, and core backend services.
  • Work with Postgres in Supabase, including schema changes, queries, performance, and data integrity.
  • Integrate external systems such as enrichment providers, outreach tools, and internal workflow services.
  • Build one-off AI agents that automate sourcing support, enrichment, summarization, extraction, classification, and routing workflows.
  • Write and iterate on prompts, few-shot examples, and structured JSON schemas to produce consistent agent outputs.
  • Improve agent quality using lightweight evaluations, edge-case testing, regression checks, and prompt/version tracking.
  • Add tests, logging, and basic observability to keep the system reliable while moving quickly.

Requirements

  • Strong Python fundamentals, including clean code, typing hygiene, and debugging ability.
  • Comfort with HTTP APIs, JSON, authentication patterns, and database-backed systems.
  • Strong interest in GenAI and prompt engineering, with experience building LLM-powered features.
  • Experience shipping something real, such as a project, internship, open source contribution, or production app.
  • Ability to commit meaningful hours consistently in a remote, fast-moving team environment.
  • Bonus: familiarity with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Bonus: experience building agent workflows that extract, classify, enrich, and route information.
  • Bonus: experience with Postgres or Supabase.
  • Bonus: experience using LLMs and structured outputs such as JSON schemas.
