Description

  • Spend a large part of the day cold calling and contacting candidates.
  • Reach out to prospects and start conversations over the phone.
  • Build relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Move candidates toward placements with client companies.
  • Follow up consistently to convert outreach into successful placements.
  • Manage your own time and day-to-day work independently.
  • Work with a steady flow of roles from top startup clients.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and willing to spend a large part of the day cold calling and contacting people.
  • Comfortable picking up the phone and hearing no until you hear yes.
  • Self-directed and able to manage your own time.
  • Strong communicator.
  • No recruiting experience required.
  • Willingness to learn the recruiting process through hands-on training.
  • Comfort with outbound phone-based outreach and relationship-building.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
