Description

Spend a large part of the day cold calling and contacting candidates.
Reach out to prospects and start conversations over the phone.
Build relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
Move candidates toward placements with client companies.
Follow up consistently to convert outreach into successful placements.
Manage your own time and day-to-day work independently.
Work with a steady flow of roles from top startup clients.

Requirements

Highly motivated and willing to spend a large part of the day cold calling and contacting people.
Comfortable picking up the phone and hearing no until you hear yes.
Self-directed and able to manage your own time.
Strong communicator.
No recruiting experience required.
Willingness to learn the recruiting process through hands-on training.
Comfort with outbound phone-based outreach and relationship-building.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
