Description

  • Serve as an Epic HIM Lead supporting healthcare organizations in healthcare IT engagements.
  • Drive strategic process improvement for client workflows and operations.
  • Manage complex projects and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Solve difficult client problems and provide straightforward advisory guidance.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver implementation and advisory services.
  • Help create and support robust data ecosystems that strengthen clinical workflows and automate operational processes.
  • Support technology implementation, governance, and analytics-related initiatives.
  • Use honesty and candor to build trusted client relationships and act as a strategic advisor.

Requirements

  • Epic HIM Hospital Coding certification.
  • Epic HIM Deficiency Tracking certification.
  • Epic HIM Release of Information certification.
  • Epic HIM Identity certification.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
