Description

  • Support healthcare organizations in solving complex operational and technology challenges.
  • Drive strategic process improvement initiatives for clients.
  • Manage complex projects from planning through execution.
  • Use Epic Decision Tree expertise to advise on client needs and solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver straightforward, candid guidance.
  • Help strengthen and support Prominence’s consulting team and client engagements.
  • Contribute to healthcare technology strategy and implementation work.
  • Assist with work that supports data ecosystems, clinical workflows, operational automation, and research enablement.

Requirements

  • Epic Decision Tree certification is required.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Experience in healthcare IT, consulting, or advisory work is preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology strategy and implementation is a plus.
