Description

  • Support healthcare organizations by improving clinical and operational processes through healthcare IT solutions.
  • Manage complex projects and multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients and provide straightforward guidance and recommendations.
  • Integrate Epic Cupid workflows with third-party cardiac and imaging systems.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to solve difficult technical and operational problems.
  • Contribute to data ecosystem and implementation efforts that support clinical workflows and operational automation.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and maintain an honest, candid advisory approach.
  • Help strengthen the consulting team’s ability to deliver results in healthcare technology engagements.

Requirements

  • Epic Cupid certification is required.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Epic Cupid Advisor.
  • Experience integrating third-party systems including GE Muse, GE CCW (Centricity Cardio Workflow), GE Cardio Combo Labs, Merge (Meritive), Syngo Dynamics (ECHO reporting), Syngo CPACs, and PaceMate.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, advisory, or implementation work is implied by the role.
  • Experience with cardiac or imaging integration workflows is preferred based on the systems listed.
