Description

  • Help build and configure Digital Twins for clients by working directly on live deployment projects.
  • Process and validate building data using knowledge of HVAC, BMS, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Work with 3D building models such as Revit or Navisworks to support accurate Digital Twin creation.
  • Analyze large datasets using tools like Excel to identify issues and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate across departments to set up and support system integrations.
  • Use AI tools to speed up data processing, documentation, and problem-solving.
  • Keep the Team Leader informed daily on progress, issues, risks, and blockers.
  • Engage with Product and Engineering teams to improve product capabilities and roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in MEP/building services engineering, Building Automation Services, or project/program coordination, ideally in a SaaS or technology-enabled services business.
  • MEP engineering background in mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing, with emphasis on control and monitoring in the built environment.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), lighting controls, energy metering networks, IT/OT/IoT devices and networks, and access control/security technologies.
  • 3D modeling or BIM experience, with exposure to Revit, Navisworks, or Archicad.
  • Comfortable using or learning AI tools such as Claude to improve productivity.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to work across large, disparate datasets using Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, flexible, energetic, and highly motivated attitude.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments and coordinating complex projects is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical content to support decisions is highly valued.
