Description

  • Support ongoing Compass Rose implementations for care management programs including MTM, APCM, TCM, CCM, and Care Management.
  • Translate business and clinical requirements into Compass Rose solutions.
  • Provide implementation leadership, best practices, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Manage complex projects and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Solve difficult problems and support strategic process improvement for healthcare clients.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver clear, straightforward advisory support.
  • Help strengthen healthcare workflows and operational processes through data and implementation work.

Requirements

  • Epic Compass Rose certification.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor.
  • Deep understanding of care management and population health workflows.
  • Experience translating business and clinical requirements into Compass Rose solutions.
  • Ability to provide implementation leadership, best practices, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
