Description

  • Transform raw data into meaningful, actionable information.
  • Design data models that scale in size and complexity.
  • Develop and deploy analytics solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Guide customers through complex or unfamiliar technology requirements.
  • Compile ambiguous information into tactical, actionable plans.
  • Write, debug, and optimize SQL queries.
  • Document scalable data models and maintain them over time.
  • Collaborate with customers and teammates to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Mentor and support counterparts by sharing knowledge and helping them grow skills.

Requirements

  • Strong experience reading and writing SQL.
  • Ability to write, debug, and tune SQL queries.
  • Deep knowledge of relational data modeling.
  • Ability to think at an architectural level for scalable data model creation, growth, maintenance, and documentation.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, or similar cloud/big data platforms.
  • Healthcare industry knowledge and experience preferred.
  • Experience in C#, Python, or general programming preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server hardware and software configuration best practices preferred.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based services such as AWS or Azure preferred.
  • Must be able to work remotely and independently from a personal home office.
  • Willingness to travel for onsite meetings and business reviews as needed.
  • Must be based in the U.S.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
