Description

  • Design data models and transformations for insurance solution redesigns and migrations.
  • Develop data hubs, data lakes, reporting platforms, and data warehouses.
  • Analyze business requirements and define data solution approaches.
  • Own subject-matter and project responsibilities for client engagements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Lead internal and client delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with insurers and reinsurers as part of Capco’s data team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing data solutions.
  • Expertise in data engineering and/or data analytics.
  • Knowledge of and experience with one or more standard data tools.
  • Basic insurance knowledge, including policy administration and claims.
  • Understanding of insurance data models and data flows.
  • Experience with data modeling and DevOps and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience analyzing requirements from business stakeholders.
  • Project or subproject management experience with strong stakeholder communication skills.
  • Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership as a consultant.
  • German and English language proficiency.
