Description

  • Design role-based training curricula for Kahua applications and client-specific configurations.
  • Create and maintain instructor guides, participant guides, job aids, quick-reference materials, eLearning modules, and other support resources.
  • Customize training content for client workflows, terminology, configurations, and business processes.
  • Deliver virtual and instructor-led training to field personnel, project teams, program leaders, and executives.
  • Prepare realistic training environments, sample projects, records, tasks, and user scenarios.
  • Facilitate train-the-trainer and super-user programs.
  • Provide post-go-live support through office hours, refresher training, coaching, and adoption activities.
  • Track attendance, evaluations, completion, readiness, and adoption metrics; evaluate effectiveness and improve training.
  • Collaborate with implementation, application, data migration, change management, and help desk teams to align training with deployment schedules.
  • Maintain a version-controlled training library and participate in discovery, configuration, and deployment planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and directly relevant experience.
  • 5+ years delivering adult or software end-user training, or 3+ years of software training experience with a professional credential such as CPTD, APTD, CPTM, or equivalent.
  • Experience training users on enterprise SaaS, ERP, or project management platforms such as Kahua, e-Builder, Procore, Oracle Unifier, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong instructional design skills, including development of role-based curricula, user guides, job aids, and eLearning content.
  • Ability to translate technical functionality and business processes into clear instructions for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and virtual training or collaboration tools.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable federal suitability determination and work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Kahua experience, federal construction or facilities program experience, eLearning/LMS tools, relevant certifications, and Section 508 familiarity are preferred.
