Description

  • Consistently attend and represent Cora at local meetups, networking events, happy hours, chambers of commerce, and other community gatherings (3–5 events per week).
  • Demo Cora’s products (Team Brains, Brain Boot workshops, white-labeled Agents, CEO Brain Coaching, AI Transformation) and Process Street to prospects in-person and via mobile.
  • Run and close Brain Boot workshops and other short engagements that demonstrate value and convert prospects into customers.
  • Nurture warm leads from events through follow-up conversations to signed contracts and ongoing revenue.
  • Manage a local pipeline and consultatively sell deal sizes ranging from $2,000 to $20,000+/month, including negotiating and closing deals.
  • Act as the local go-to-market lead: build community relationships, generate your own pipeline, and help shape the city-level sales playbook.
  • Work autonomously and self-direct daily activity to maintain momentum on opportunities and meet revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Active user of AI tools (Claude Code preferred) and able to demonstrate what you’ve built.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or community-building roles.
  • Based in a major metro area (role is fully remote but requires metro-area location).
  • Willing and able to attend 3–5 business events per week, including evenings.
  • Comfortable with consultative selling and handling deal sizes from $2K to $20K+/month.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously without daily management.
  • Experience selling AI, SaaS, or professional services (nice to have).
  • Existing relationships in local startup, SMB, or tech communities (nice to have).
  • Experience building agentic workflows, automation sequences, or AI-powered tools, or background at an early-stage company where you created your own opportunities (nice to have).
