Description

  • Lead, coach, support, and evaluate a team of sales agents.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and revenue goals.
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs and sales objectives.
  • Motivate the team and maintain a high-energy, results-driven environment.
  • Step in as a sales agent to handle calls, close deals, and support during busy periods.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve sales processes and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular feedback, training, and development to improve team performance.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Report sales activity, team performance, and business outcomes to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership or team lead role, preferably in insurance, healthcare, or financial services.
  • Strong background in managing and coaching sales representatives.
  • Experience reviewing sales processes and identifying performance gaps.
  • Prior exposure to or experience working with U.S.-based teams or clients is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to step into a sales agent role when required.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong leadership ability with a motivating, results-driven approach.
  • Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
