Description

  • Act as an extension of the regional commercial team during new site launches to drive early adoption without replacing core team members.
  • Partner with the Area/Regional Sales Manager (ASM/TM) to activate Aquablation patient pathways post-launch.
  • Support procedure activation in both office and hospital settings, including coordinating Aquablation Days and OR block utilization.
  • Train office staff, RSRs/ASRs, schedulers, and administrators on patient identification, scheduling, referral flow, billing, coding, and pre-authorization readiness.
  • Activate and optimize the referral funnel to convert appropriate BPH patients according to physician treatment algorithms and selection criteria.
  • Coordinate with Revenue Cycle teams to ensure reimbursement readiness and reduce reimbursement cycle time and billing inaccuracies.
  • Support surgeon champion development and conversion of procedures to Aquablation.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Reimbursement teams to deploy patient and staff education tools and resources.
  • Track and report metrics such as referral and conversion rate growth, case volume in the first 90 days, time to first 10 procedures, procedures per Aquablation day, patient pathway activation efficiency, and stakeholder readiness/satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5–12 years of experience in medical device sales, market development, or commercial operations (urology experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of referral dynamics, reimbursement processes, and hospital workflows.
  • Proven ability to influence physician and office adoption and develop surgeon champions.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Ability to maintain trained status and comply with PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System and Quality & EHS policies.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced launch environment and meeting performance metrics (e.g., first 10 procedures within 60 days, 4–6 procedures per Aquablation day).
