Description

  • Provide first- and second-level IT support via phone, email, chat, and remote access, with accurate incident logging and service request updates in the ITSM tool.
  • Monitor, manage, and maintain server operations across multiple environments, responding to outages, performance issues, and capacity alerts.
  • Administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file and print services, and overall server health.
  • Manage server hardware and platform components such as NAS storage, RAID health, disk failures, capacity planning, and iLO/DRAC-based remote management.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, software, servers, networking, virtualization, and security domains.
  • Assist with implementation, administration, and support of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop solutions.
  • Manage endpoint deployment and administration using Intune, Group Policy, MDM/MAM, and related endpoint management tools.
  • Perform server patching, firmware upgrades, scheduled maintenance, compliance activities, and regular backup and restore validation.
  • Maintain infrastructure security and connectivity across firewalls, switches, wireless networks, and VPN environments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors, escalate high-impact issues, update knowledge base content, support projects, and pursue continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Service Desk, Cloud Support, or Infrastructure Administration, preferably in an MSP environment supporting multiple customers.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, with certifications such as MS-900, AZ-900, and MS-102 or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows Server administration, Hyper-V/VMware, and core networking technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage server operations including patching, performance monitoring, alert remediation, and issue resolution across on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, including MDM/MAM policies, device compliance, application deployment, and remote device administration.
  • Practical experience with Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) supporting distributed users.
  • Working knowledge of on-prem infrastructure components such as servers and NAS/storage, with understanding of cloud and on-prem IT best practices.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with a professional, customer-focused approach and clear ownership.
  • Familiarity with Cisco and Barracuda networking and security devices and strong network troubleshooting skills (preferred).
  • Experience with iLO and DRAC for server diagnostics and recovery, basic database querying, enterprise backup tools such as Veeam, and Microsoft Cloud environments; AZ-800/801 or similar Microsoft certifications are a plus.
