Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Work with team leads to proactively plan and manage resourcing.
  • Work with the Director, Operations to manage account budgets and forecasts.
  • Track financial performance and support profitability across accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization while maintaining profitability.
  • Support successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Report to the Director, Project Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of project management experience at a pharmaceutical marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of building and managing client relationships.
  • Experience delivering marketing solutions in the pharmaceutical industry in scope, on time, and on budget.
  • Strong understanding of medical, legal, and regulatory compliance and the MLR submission and approval process in the United States and/or Canada.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management systems and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Must be able to work 30-40 hours per week as a contract employee.
  • Must be able to work Eastern time zone hours.
  • Fully remote candidates in the United States are eligible.
