Description

  • Lead the CRM rollout and drive adoption across BD, Partnerships, AM, Marketing, Compliance, and Support.
  • Own the CRM data model, permissions, and the flow from platform to warehouse to CRM to activation.
  • Own the partner product experience for IBs, affiliates, and KOLs end to end.
  • Translate partner and business development feedback into a prioritized backlog and ship changes with engineering.
  • Build partner journeys for onboarding, activation, tiering, and qualification that convert signups into revenue.
  • Ship AI-powered auto-funnels that score, personalize, route, draft, and hand off work.
  • Embed AI into day-to-day BD and AM workflows, including prospect intelligence, meeting prep, auto-logged notes, next-best-action, and call QA.
  • Support acquisition and retention teams in setting up funnels across email, in-app, SMS, and push.
  • Test, measure, and iterate on solutions, including stopping initiatives that do not work.
  • Report ROI clearly to stakeholders and continuously improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Product ownership experience with a track record of delivery.
  • Experience managing or integrating CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Zendesk, Customer.io, Braze, or similar.
  • Experience shipping funnels that convert.
  • Hands-on experience using AI in a revenue context, including LLM APIs, agents, prompt engineering, or AI-powered outbound.
  • Strong ability to work across Dev, Data, Marketing, and Sales and translate between these teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience reading cohorts and retention curves.
  • Experience owning a partner, IB, or affiliate product is a plus.
  • Experience shipping AI agents on top of a CRM, such as for scoring, outreach, research, or QA, is a plus.
  • Experience with tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier Agents, Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, HeyReach, Retell, or Bland is a plus.
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, brokerage, iGaming, or other regulated affiliate-heavy verticals is a plus.
  • Experience with RAG, vector databases, or internal knowledge agents is a plus.
  • A portfolio showing what you have built is preferred.
