Description

  • Identify and source potential partners such as influencers, educators, communities, and agencies.
  • Prospect through LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, events, and local networks.
  • Run personalized outreach across email, messaging apps, and calls.
  • Assess partner quality, audience relevance, and growth potential.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand partner goals and promotion strategies.
  • Present partnership models and negotiate terms and short-term performance goals.
  • Onboard partners into tracking and partner systems.
  • Educate partners on tools, tiers, and best practices and support their first campaigns.
  • Monitor partner performance and optimize activation outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and hand over activated partners to Business Development Managers with full context.

Requirements

  • Experience in partnerships, sales, affiliate marketing, or business development within the trading industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfort working with targets and KPIs.
  • Organized, proactive, and follow-up driven.
  • Experience using CRMs and digital tools.
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, trading, or online platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with influencer or affiliate ecosystems is preferred.
  • Experience working with global partners is preferred.
