Description

  • Own and manage day-to-day marketing operations within HubSpot and integrated CRM platforms.
  • Configure and optimize marketing automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, lifecycle stages, and campaign execution.
  • Maintain lead scoring, account scoring, source attribution, campaign taxonomy, and funnel tracking.
  • Ensure data integrity through data hygiene, field governance, list management, and documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain integrations between HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and other marketing technologies.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Revenue Operations to ensure seamless lead handoffs and cross-team alignment.
  • Use ZoomInfo and other data sources to identify target accounts and support account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports across the full marketing funnel, including pipeline and revenue attribution.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness, lead quality, attribution, funnel velocity, conversion trends, and campaign ROI.
  • Develop scalable processes for campaign execution, reporting, lead management, and sales follow-up.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing operations and demand generation.
  • Ability to build executive-ready dashboards, reports, and performance summaries.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, including Marketing Hub, CRM, workflows, lists and segmentation, reporting dashboards, lead scoring, and campaign reporting.
  • Experience with ZoomInfo or similar intent data platforms.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets reporting skills.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation Operations, or a similar B2B marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience administering and optimizing HubSpot.
  • Experience working in a B2B sales environment with close collaboration between marketing and sales teams.
  • Experience supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and lead lifecycle management.
  • Experience with CRM integrations and marketing technology platforms.
