Description

  • Apply machine learning and advanced analytics to identify risks and opportunities in the claims management platform.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data throughout the claims management lifecycle.
  • Develop production-ready, scalable, reliable, and high-performance software and machine learning solutions.
  • Train machine learning models and turn data-driven insights into actionable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data into operational intelligence.
  • Contribute to the company’s growth and long-term success through claims-focused ML initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong software engineering ability, including writing clean, maintainable, production-ready code.
  • Strong quantitative, logical, and analytical skills.
  • Strong Python experience with Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch or TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and generative AI.
  • Proficiency with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of machine learning approaches including classical models, deep learning, computer vision, and generative AI.
  • Ability to select and apply appropriate machine learning techniques to real-world problems.
  • Experience creating, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets (preferred).
  • Experience developing applications in Elixir or Rust (preferred).
  • Experience in cloud-based environments, preferably AWS (preferred).
  • International experience and English fluency (preferred).
