Description

  • Supervise and optimize the outbound AI agent by monitoring outputs, refining prompts, and improving its logic.
  • Set strategy and guardrails for targeted cold email campaigns.
  • Manage and segment lead lists to support relevant prospect targeting.
  • Analyze agent performance and recommend improvements to response rates and conversation quality.
  • Design and train AI agents that autonomously nurture subscribers throughout the customer journey.
  • Segment subscriber cohorts and determine appropriate AI-driven or static nurturing approaches.
  • Use BigQuery, Hightouch, and Customer.io to provide clean contextual data for personalization.
  • Develop retention and win-back strategies using AI-based at-risk customer detection.
  • Track campaign metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Ensure AI-generated communications meet email regulations, quality standards, and brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, agents, or automation platforms.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering and methods for improving AI outputs.
  • Strong Excel, SQL, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with email platforms such as SmartLead and Customer.io.
  • Experience with data tools such as Hightouch and Google BigQuery.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to evaluate and guide AI-generated content.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills for debugging agent behavior.
  • Must reside in India.
