Description

  • Own top-of-funnel outbound prospecting and generate new sales conversations.
  • Engage Director-, VP-, and C-suite-level decision-makers in healthcare.
  • Conduct cold outreach through calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Run structured discovery conversations and qualify opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition to prospects.
  • Help shape how the solution is brought to market through early sales interactions.
  • Contribute to building a high-performing sales engine.
  • Maintain and expand relationships to keep conversations moving forward.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proven ability to run cold outbound motions across calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience targeting Director, VP, and C-suite personas.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions.
  • Confident in structured discovery and opportunity qualification.
  • Self-starter with a desire to grow, take ownership, and contribute to a sales organization.
  • Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or specialty physician groups is a bonus.
  • Interest in healthcare and commercial strategy.
  • Ability to perform in a high-impact, growth-oriented role.
