Description

  • Support Strategic Account Directors in managing client projects and account activities.
  • Understand client business challenges and help define strategic questions and goals.
  • Prepare annual strategic and tactical plans, along with campaign and project plans throughout the year.
  • Manage and strengthen client relationships while functioning as an extension of the client’s team.
  • Propose, sell, and oversee ideas and projects aligned to client objectives.
  • Initiate and oversee Precision AQ activities on behalf of clients.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication on strategy, planning, recommendations, and approaches.
  • Monitor client budgets and team efficiency to maximize return for both the client and Precision AQ.
  • Mentor, train, and coach team members to support growth and development.
  • Stay current on industry developments, including science, competitors, and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Advanced degree such as PhD, MD, PharmD, or an advanced degree in management, marketing, or business preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of account management experience.
  • Experience overseeing both client relationships and internal teams.
  • Experience in medical communications or a related industry.
  • Prior exposure to medical affairs, publications, and/or peer-to-peer marketing strongly preferred.
  • PowerPoint design proficiency.
  • Strong strategic and analytical background.
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients and leaders across a variety of therapeutic areas.
  • Ability to interpret market dynamics, scientific information, clinical and preclinical data, and business metrics.
