Description

Support the maintenance of the Supplier Management Program and related quality processes.
Support supplier qualification activities.
Manage and organize supplier documentation.
Assist with scheduling supplier audits.
Maintain the Approved Supplier List in a current state.
Prepare and manage Quality Agreements with suppliers.
Manage supplier corrective action requests (SCARs) in a timely manner.
Share supplier notifications with appropriate stakeholders.
Compile and report monthly supplier management KPIs.
Support non-conforming events, complaints, and change control as needed.
Provide backup support for peers when required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 years of related Quality Assurance experience in a life science or regulated environment.
Ability to meet deadlines and perform administrative functions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to organize tasks, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to function independently in a minimally supervised environment with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English fluently.
Ability to work extended hours as needed to meet business demands.
Preferred: experience in a Quality Department or life sciences regulated environment, including supplier management.
