Description

Support maintenance of the Supplier Management Program, including supplier qualification and ongoing program upkeep.
Assist with scheduling and conducting supplier audits.
Manage supplier documentation and maintain the Approved Supplier List in current state.
Prepare and manage Quality Agreements with suppliers.
Handle SCARs and support timely resolution of supplier-related issues.
Share supplier notifications with appropriate stakeholders.
Compile and report monthly supplier management KPIs to stakeholders.
Support other quality activities such as non-conforming events, complaints, and change control.
Provide backup support for peers as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 years of related Quality Assurance experience in a life science or regulated environment.
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to meet deadlines and perform administrative functions.
Ability to organize tasks, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to function with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail.
Highly developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English fluently.
Extended work hours may be required to meet business demands.
Experience in a Quality Department or life sciences regulated environment with supplier management preferred.
