Description

  • Create, maintain, update, and distribute project timelines using MS Project or similar tools.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and file documentation in the Trial Master File.
  • Maintain clinical trial management system records, including milestones, contacts, enrollment projections, and helpdesk remediation.
  • Coordinate study-specific training, maintain training records, and identify training gaps.
  • Establish and manage study SharePoint sites, project email boxes, and user access to study systems.
  • Order study supplies and binders, prepare study materials, and coordinate shipment to appropriate locations.
  • Maintain study trackers and distribute communications, safety reports, newsletters, and other study information.
  • Support document translation, study material reconciliation, study reports, and site or sponsor requests.
  • Act as a contact point for project-related requests from team members, sponsors, and vendors.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in business, science, or healthcare.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or similar.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, company SOPs, and regulatory guidance.
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, flexibility, teamwork, and ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated and committed to professional conduct consistent with Precision principles.
