Description

  • Manage, oversee, and support Precision’s FSP Contract Management Team.
  • Support FSP business development initiatives with the FSP Team and Business Development Team.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for FSP clients, internal teams, and stakeholders on site contracting matters.
  • Line manage a team of FSP contract and budget associates.
  • Allocate resources for new business and forecast current and expected FSP work.
  • Participate in planning future FSP contract structure and resource needs.
  • Track and manage FSP contract metrics, including team productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company and sponsor policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
  • Support review, drafting, and negotiation of confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, ancillary agreements, and amendments.
  • Oversee agreement execution at the FSP portfolio level.
  • Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions to improve contract execution timelines.
  • Design and implement policies and procedures to support timely contract execution and FSP deliverables.
  • Represent the organization as a subject matter expert in internal and external meetings, including client meetings.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
  • At least 6 years of experience in site contracts departments within Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) and FSP service delivery models.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Experience supporting contract review, drafting, and negotiations for clinical research agreements.
  • Experience managing resources, forecasting work, and reporting operational metrics is preferred.
  • Experience working with legal, finance, and sponsor stakeholders on complex issues is preferred.
  • Ability to participate in strategic initiatives for startup and FSP business development is preferred.
  • Remote work designation (#LI-Remote).
