Description

  • Manage, oversee, and support the FSP Contract Management Team and FSP Site Contracts operations.
  • Support FSP Team and Business Development Team in FSP business development initiatives.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for FSP clients, Precision stakeholders, and the FSP team on site contracting matters.
  • Line manage a team of FSP contract and budget associates.
  • Allocate resources for new business and forecast current and expected FSP work.
  • Participate in planning for future FSP contract structure and resource needs.
  • Report and manage FSP contract metrics, including productivity for the site contracts function.
  • Ensure adherence to company and sponsor policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
  • Escalate and resolve complex issues with Legal, Finance, and supervisors as needed.
  • Support review, drafting, negotiation, and execution of agreements such as confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, ancillary agreements, and amendments.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Site Contracts departments within Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) and FSP service delivery models.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Experience supporting review, drafting, and negotiation of contract agreements.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, and client teams.
  • Experience managing contract metrics and operational productivity is preferred.
  • Experience improving processes and implementing policies and procedures is preferred.
  • Ability to represent the organization as a subject matter expert in internal and external meetings.
