Description

Develop and negotiate global study budgets based on study protocol requirements.
Review, draft, and negotiate confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements.
Work with supervisors and internal and external stakeholders to resolve and escalate contractual issues.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
Update study team members on the status of contract negotiations and execution.
Coordinate the execution of agreements.
Maintain contract files and databases, including contract archiving.
Identify process improvement opportunities and take corrective action.
Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent contract management experience, preferably in a clinical research or similar industry setting.
1 year of relevant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to clinical research, such as NDAs and Clinical Trial Agreements.
Experience managing, controlling, and tracking the contract process.
Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail on time-sensitive matters.
Self-motivated and able to work with some supervision as well as in a global team environment.
Strong professionalism, interpersonal skills, and sound business judgment.
Proficiency in MS Office software programs and computer applications.
Post-graduate qualification preferred.
