Description

  • Develop and negotiate global study budgets based on study protocol requirements.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements.
  • Work with supervisors and internal and external stakeholders to resolve and escalate contractual issues.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
  • Update study team members on the status of contract negotiations and execution.
  • Coordinate the execution of agreements.
  • Maintain contract files and databases, including contract archiving.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and take corrective action.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent contract management experience, preferably in a clinical research or similar industry setting.
  • 1 year of relevant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to clinical research, such as NDAs and Clinical Trial Agreements.
  • Experience managing, controlling, and tracking the contract process.
  • Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail on time-sensitive matters.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with some supervision as well as in a global team environment.
  • Strong professionalism, interpersonal skills, and sound business judgment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software programs and computer applications.
  • Post-graduate qualification preferred.
