Description

  • Administer benefit programs across assigned countries with accuracy, consistency, and compliance with local laws and internal policies.
  • Support relationships with brokers, insurers, and third-party benefits providers across markets.
  • Serve as a point of contact for local HR teams and employees on benefits-related questions.
  • Coordinate benefit renewals, employee enrolments, and offboarding processes across the US and globally.
  • Ensure benefits enrolment documentation, data entries, and system updates are completed accurately and on time.
  • Prepare and submit benefits data for annual market surveys and support market benchmarking data collection and organization.
  • Track and help implement regulatory changes to keep benefits programs compliant.
  • Collaborate with payroll, HRIS, finance, and legal teams on operations, reporting, premium remittance, and vendor/insurer processing.
  • Support implementation of new benefits offerings and program enhancements.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation and country-specific benefits overviews.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of benefits administration experience with multi-country exposure, including US/Canada.
  • Experience working with benefit plan vendors and brokers in an international environment.
  • Prior involvement in global benefits design, renewals, or benefits harmonization.
  • Experience in the CRO/Pharma industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
