Description

  • Serve as the lead point of contact on assigned client projects as directed by the Account Supervisor.
  • Manage day-to-day project execution to support client deliverables, success, and profitability.
  • Provide quality control for client deliverables and coordinate creative brief details across internal and client teams.
  • Coordinate and participate in content planning meetings with subject matter experts and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review process to help ensure promotional materials meet compliance requirements.
  • Work with Project Management to develop timelines, communicate milestones, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Monitor project risks, identify red flags, and proactively escalate issues to the team.
  • Document client interactions, prepare contact reports, and summarize next steps.
  • Ensure meeting materials are available for internal and external client meetings.
  • Support client proposals, budgets, reconciliations, status reports, and financial forecasting.
  • Attend internal meetings with client services, traffic, meeting services, and other teams to review project status.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required for Assistant Account Executive candidates.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related industry is required for Account Executive candidates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Medical communications or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience writing SOWs and project briefs is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to contribute to the development of strategic documents is preferred but not required.
  • Competencies in initiative, planning and organization, interpersonal skills, communication, and teamwork.
