Description

  • Maintain, optimize, and govern training content hosted on SharePoint and related learning platforms.
  • Partner with L&D team members and subject matter experts to keep training materials accurate, current, organized, and accessible.
  • Support platform optimization, including SharePoint refinement and development.
  • Assist with training development, coordination, and administrative execution activities.
  • Support effective onboarding and ongoing role-based learning programs.
  • Organize complex content in a structured, user-friendly manner.
  • Maintain strong version control and documentation practices.
  • Follow defined processes, standards, and governance requirements.
  • Work independently while collaborating closely with a cross-functional team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience.
  • Strong working experience using SharePoint for page development, document management, and collaboration.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a training, learning operations, or administrative support role.
  • Experience supporting learning platforms such as SharePoint, LMS, or document repositories.
  • Exposure to clinical research, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments.
  • Microsoft 365 experience.
  • High attention to detail with strong version control and documentation discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
