Description

  • Provide pre-award feasibility analysis for RFPs, including competitive, recruitment, standards of care, drug, epidemiology, site, and country assessments.
  • Review clinical protocols, study assumptions, client information, and study plans for US and global trials.
  • Present feasibility findings, recommendations, and rationale to business development teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, validate, and share feasibility information.
  • Conduct pre-award site outreach and support business development and client calls.
  • Deliver post-award, rescue, and standalone feasibility work in line with study and client requirements.
  • Support patient advocacy group and site network engagement to improve feasibility, recruitment, and study delivery.
  • Analyze site data to support site identification, enrollment modeling, and study strategy.
  • Participate in projects that help maintain the company’s innovation and competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Equivalent relevant education and experience may be accepted in place of the standard qualification.
  • Relevant experience in feasibility analysis and site identification.
  • Professional-level written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Strong management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and rationale development.
  • Strong IT platform, data analysis, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced computer skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web/data-based platforms.
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP.
  • Ability to work independently and in a matrix environment as part of a team.
