Description

  • Prepare, review, draft, negotiate, and track CDA, CTA, CTA amendments, vendor contracts, and site budgets.
  • Lead interactions with internal study teams in North America and Europe.
  • Lead agreement-related discussions with sites and sponsors.
  • Work with supervisors and internal/external stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
  • Ensure contracts and related activities follow company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
  • Provide regular status updates on contract negotiations and execution to study teams and sponsors.
  • Coordinate execution of agreements.
  • Maintain contract files, databases, email archives, and document archives.
  • Support other duties as assigned.
  • Mentor and support new Contract and Budget Associates and PFM staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent contract management experience in a clinical research or similar industry setting.
  • 3 years of relevant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical research agreements such as NDAs and CTAs.
  • Experience managing, controlling, and tracking the contract process.
  • Experience in contract research, life science, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Experience interacting with European institutions.
  • Equivalent contract management experience in a clinical research or similar industry setting preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office software and computer applications.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to execute time-sensitive work accurately and independently with limited supervision.
  • Strong professionalism and ability to work well in a virtual, collaborative environment.
