Description

  • Prepare, review, negotiate, and track confidentiality disclosure agreements, clinical trial agreements, amendments, vendor contracts, and site budgets.
  • Lead interactions with North American and European internal study teams as applicable.
  • Manage communications with sites and sponsors regarding assigned agreements.
  • Work with supervisors and internal/external stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
  • Ensure contracting activities follow company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Provide status updates to study team members and sponsors on negotiations and execution.
  • Coordinate execution of agreements and support contract file and database maintenance.
  • Archive emails and documents and maintain organized contract records.
  • Mentor and support new Contract and Budget Associates and PFM staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent contract management experience in a clinical research or similar industry setting.
  • 3 years of relevant experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and tracking clinical research agreements.
  • Experience with non-disclosure agreements, clinical trial agreements, and related contract process management.
  • Experience in contract research, life science, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Experience interacting with European institutions.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive matters accurately and independently or with limited supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software and computer applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment.
  • High professionalism, reliability, and strong relationship-building skills.
