Description

  • Create and maintain project timelines in MS Project or a similar system, ensuring updates are documented and shared with the study team.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, prepare and circulate agendas, take minutes, and file meeting records in the Trial Master File.
  • Maintain study information in the Clinical Trial Management System, including milestone dates, contact lists, enrolment projections, and helpdesk remediation tracking.
  • Prepare, assign, and track study-specific training, maintain training records, and escalate training gaps when needed.
  • Set up and manage study-level SharePoint sites or similar workspaces with appropriate access for team members and sponsors.
  • Create project-specific email boxes and manage user access to study systems through periodic access reviews and helpdesk requests.
  • Order study supplies and initial study binders, and coordinate binder preparation and shipping.
  • Maintain study trackers and send communications to sites, investigators, sponsors, and vendors as directed by project leadership.
  • Support the distribution and tracking of IND Safety Reports, SUSARs, and CIOMS, as applicable.
  • Support translation of site-level documents and help produce study reports and updates when needed.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or similar role.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, Precision SOPs, and regulatory guidance.
  • Professional-level English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong self-motivation and commitment to performing professionally consistent with Precision Principles.
