Description

  • Facilitate live and asynchronous provider training sessions and manage agendas, invites, attendance, and real-time technical troubleshooting.
  • Manage day-to-day WorkRamp LMS operations, including module setup and automated engagement nudges.
  • Partner with Tech and Clinical teams to optimize EHR and provider setup experiences and identify scalable solutions.
  • Track provider training progress, identify bottlenecks or drop-off points, and maintain onboarding communications and milestone reminders.
  • Own end-to-end training logistics, including prerequisites, documentation, and system access before and after training.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for providers and resolve individual requests with high-touch support.
  • Identify technical pain points and support mitigation efforts to improve training outcomes and program KPIs.
  • Improve training workflows by designing and implementing scalable operational solutions.
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Credentialing, and IT teams to keep enablement materials accurate and aligned.
  • Maintain training materials and operational records across Salesforce, WorkRamp, Zendesk, and Google Suite as the source of truth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, provider relations, customer service, or a similar enablement field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Fluency in Google Suite is required.
  • Experience with Salesforce, WorkRamp, Zendesk, Gemini, and Electronic Health Records (EHR) is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to resolve technical issues with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Genuine passion for supporting clinicians in their learning and development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions with incomplete information.
