Description

  • Manage, oversee, and support the FSP Contract Management Team.
  • Support FSP Site Contracts business development and growth initiatives.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for FSP clients, the Precision FSP team, and other stakeholders on site contracting matters.
  • Line manage a team of FSP contract and budget associates.
  • Allocate resources for new business and forecast current and expected FSP work.
  • Participate in planning future FSP contract structure and resource needs.
  • Report and manage FSP contract metrics, including team productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to company and sponsor policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
  • Support the review, drafting, and negotiation of confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, ancillary agreements, and amendment agreements.
  • Oversee execution of agreements at the FSP portfolio level and help improve processes and procedures for timely contract delivery.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
  • At least 6 years of experience in site contracts departments within Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) and FSP service delivery models.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Experience supporting contract negotiations and client-facing site contracting matters.
  • Ability to work with legal, finance, and other internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
  • Experience representing an organization as a subject matter expert in internal and external meetings.
  • Experience in process improvement and implementing policies and procedures is preferred.
