Description

  • Map and improve the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from sales handoff through onboarding and launch.
  • Identify bottlenecks in onboarding capacity, handoff coordination, and revision/rework volume, then design scalable processes to remove them.
  • Build and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and enablement materials for frontline teams.
  • Make strategic recommendations on role design, incentives, and workflow changes based on operational data.
  • Own implementation reporting, dashboards, and recurring business reviews for key metrics such as time to launch, first pass rate, CSAT, capacity utilization, revisions, and churn linkage.
  • Partner with RevTech on the Salesforce implementation footprint and with Analytics on data marts and metric definitions.
  • Build AI-assisted workflow tools for QA, summarization, automation, and agent support.
  • Work closely with the Director of CS Operations to align post-sale operations across support, CSM, Onboarding, and PFT.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, RevTech, Engineering, and Finance to align implementation processes with the broader business.
  • Coach Onboarding and PFT leaders on priorities and help shape their roadmap based on customer and business impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in operations experience, including at least 3 years in customer success, onboarding, implementation, or post-sale operations.
  • Strong Salesforce experience, including designing reports, dashboards, and business processes.
  • Admin-level Salesforce depth is a plus.
  • Proven experience building and operating measurable processes at scale, with clear before-and-after results.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in operations workflows such as QA, automation, summarization, or agent assist.
  • Comfortable working in a player-coach role as an individual contributor with potential future team growth.
  • High ownership and a strong sense of accountability for leadership goals.
  • Operational rigor and the ability to build durable systems rather than one-off fixes.
  • Cross-functional pragmatism and the ability to align stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset that connects operational decisions to client experience.
