Description

  • Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports for finance metrics and reporting.
  • Manage complex financial models and present profitability findings to leadership.
  • Analyze departmental and regional performance and prepare deep-dive reporting.
  • Document finance processes and implement streamlined improvements.
  • Support revenue, sales, and cost analysis based on contracts.
  • Analyze billing roles and rates, client and project profitability, and CRO metrics.
  • Perform monthly variance analysis comparing forecast to actuals and recommend actions to management.
  • Prepare financial reporting materials and executive presentation content.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budget forecasting cycles and collect inputs from department managers.
  • Produce accurate financial dashboards and reporting for key performance measurements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in accounting or finance.
  • 3+ years of practical experience.
  • Advanced experience with MS PowerBI.
  • Experience with CoPilot or other AI tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data consolidation.
  • Experience with PowerPoint.
  • Excellent financial modeling capabilities.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and design financial information flow systematically.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort working independently, across time zones, and in collaboration with distributed teams.
  • Strong ownership, accountability, communication, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional curiosity and willingness to learn and continuously improve.
  • Experience liaising between finance and functional business areas (preferred).
